Can large objects get entangled?

In chapter 10 I wrote about

Normally, we are used to talking about how only two particles can get quantum mechanically entangled if they interact with each strongly enough. This does not leave much room to talk about how thoughts can get entangled with other regions of reality.

Leonard Suskind teached about how two black hole can get quantum mechanically entangled. He also shows how large regions of virtual particles in empty space can get entangled as well.
